dU/dt filters Instart IDUDT et al.
dU/dt filters are output devices installed between a frequency converter and a motor to reduce the rate of voltage rise, limit peak overvoltages (switching emissions), and reduce the steepness of PWM pulses. They protect the insulation of the motor, extend its service life and reduce electromagnetic interference.
